After a long break on TMU, Electronic Tournaments resumes a new league in TMU with the United League 9.
For this season, we come back to a playoff schedule that wil be very close to the UL5 and TWL1 systems.
The first part of the season (5 matches) will be a regular season with divisions of 12 teams seeded in 2 sub-groups of 6 teams. In this phase, matches will be played in 3 maps, with a rotation of the environments.
The 2 last matchs will consist in playoffs and will be played on seven maps, the playoff pack being the same for both semifinals and finals.
All Rules and Informations are available on the UL9 website so we strongly suggest you to read them before registering (especially if you are new to the league) and if needed, to ask us any questions about the new system.
We will use the same system than during the last ET league so all players who want to participate must register on this league site to be able to join or create a team.
And team leaders must take care of using a password during the creation of their team to avoid problems later!
The creation of the divisions might be harder than usual since the levels of teams might have evolved much since the UL8. Thus, don’t hesitate to provide us feedbacks about your motivation, recruitments and willingness to train.
The schedule for the coming weeks will be as follow :
- Sunday, March 18 : Division proposal topic
- Wednesday, March 21: Release of the first mappack of the UL9
- Saturday, March 24: Registrations CLOSE and Creation of the divisions
- Wednesday, March 28: First round of the UL9
