It is our pleasure to introduce the second edition of The Nest, a very successful event held between 19th and 21th of August in the Czech Republic. This time, there are 4 qualification spots to grab!
No registration or training needed, simply join the server - maniaplanet://#join=zrtcup2@TMStadium
Qualification structure:
Time Attack
3 tech maps (45-60 sec long) released at the start of the cup (no practice needed)
15 minutes of driving on each map in TA
Top 24 qualify to the playoff (best overall ranking. If there’s a tie, the player with the faster overall time will qualify)
The players qualified need to stay on the server after the TA is over
Playoff
1 Quarter Final played in rounds mode (5 rounds per each map). Top 10 move on
1 Semi Final played in rounds mode (5 rounds per map). Top 4 move on
Grand Final played in cup mode. Point-limit: 100 with finalist mode (Pts 10, 6, 4, 3)
TOP2 qualify for the event
Point-system
1st: 26 points
2nd: 19 points
3rd: 16 points
4th: 13 points
5th: 11 points
6th: 9 points
7th: 7 points
8th: 5 points
9th 4 points
10th 3 points
11th 2 points
12th - 24th 1 point
There will be two streamed qualifications on different days to be as fair as possible to everyone. From both, TOP2 will qualify for the event :
- Qualification #1 - 2nd of July (Saturday) 18:00 CET
- Qualification #2 - 10th of July (Sunday) 18:00 CET

Event entrance-fee - 225 EUR
Each qualified player will have to pay the same entrance-fee as all invited players. Here´s a small list of what you will get for it..
- Transport from the airport to the event and back (100 km)
- Special tournament seeding (real-life activity)
- Accommodation from Friday to Sunday (Monday)
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day (one dinner BBQ)
- Free drinks, Red Bulls and beer

- Ability to cast other matches
Prize-money
- 1st place - 750 EUR
- 2nd place - 450 EUR
- 3rd place 250 EUR

Over SNC and CPS is just unplayable for a couple of players.
Yeah, the main idea was to make one qualifier on Saturday and the other one on Sunday simply because some people might frequently work/do something else on one of those days. It´s pretty unfortunate that the second quali collides with those events but people need to set their priorities in this case then.
