This year, 
NDC staff's organized a skin contest in order to choose the NDC 2013 official skin. We received a few really nice skins but the winner can be only one and we would like to thank all of you for your great work !!!!
The Winner is 
SDR Stu Bull and his NDC 2013 car skin !!!! He wins 3 000 Planets.
This skin will be used as the official car skin for NDC 2013. We even decided to use both versions of skin.
Version : White Wheels
Version : Black Wheels
Players of the National teams from around the world will have access to both versions, with white and dark wheels and each players can decide which version to use.
