ESL Country Championship 2013

Back in 2010 ESL hosted an event called Country Championship which combined Tech, Dirt and Speed in a Nations Cup-inspired tournament.

Germany won back then which was the only edition of the tournament - until now. That is because ESL have decided to bring back the concept once more for 2013.

Right now, ESL haven't decided when exactly the tournament will start. But they say expected start will be around mid-May, end of May.

In the meantime however, you can already now start mobilizing your nations. For starters, ESL are looking for people to sign up as team captains for their countries.

So if you want to apply, you can do so here.

Prizes

There will be prizes for top 3 finishing countries in forms of ESL Premium accounts, as well as special ESL awards visible on your profile:

  • gold 1st place - 4x3 Months ESL Premium
  • silver 2nd place - 4x2 Months ESL Premium
  • bronze 3rd place - 4x1 Months ESL Premium

You remember Zotac cups on Canyon? We, TMNF players, weren't complaining like you are doing right now. It's a TMNF cup, not a Canyon one. You can't compare canyon and stadium. It's two differents games.

And btw, it looks like a sick event :)

What are you talking about Wally? He did not complain about this at all, just asked if it could be in canyon as well.And, no complaints about Zotac being in tm2 instead of tmnf? Have you even bothered reading any forums at all? Here is a typical first reaction thread: http://forum.maniaplanet.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=8431 , not to mention the comments section on TM-actu, which was mostly top TMNF players complaining about it not being TMNF. I do not see such complaints here, do you?
